Like it or not, exams are a big part of student life. Whether they are revision exams or entrance exams, they all bring their own stress. Although stress is a perfectly normal reaction to pressure, too much of it can lead to all kinds of mental and physical problems. Here are a few tips from us to help you deal with exam stress and do the best that you can in the exam room.

Look After Your Body and Brain
Stress can make us lose our appetite and interrupt our sleep. But it is really important to meet your body’s basic needs so you can perform well. Don’t 1 _________ meals in favour of studying – you probably won’t remember much anyway if you are hungry. Wholegrain foods are great for keeping you feeling full, and brain foods like nuts, berries and dark chocolate make excellent snacks.
