ANASTASIA MOUSER (USA): BRINGING FUN INTO THE MIX
What’s the secret ingredient to make your lessons come alive? Spice them up with a heavy dose of interactivity. Get your students answering questions, participating in lessons and learning new material joyfully with activities that bring them in and introduce them to English in an exciting, student-centered way. Keep them interested with topics that are relevant to them and that overlap with subjects like science, history or geography. Anastasia Mouser will walk you through how you can make your lessons more interactive and fun with READY and PLAY.
Anastasia moved to Prague in 2012 after graduating from the University of Washington with a B.A. in English language and literature with an emphasis on creative writing. She spent the last decade teaching English to young learners before joining the BRIDGE team in 2022, where she enjoys combining her passions for writing and teaching.

Some of the most popular sports in the world originated in the United Kingdom. And for many Brits, they are more than just a pastime – they are a way of life! In this presentation Liam Peach looks at the origins of some popular sports and examines their influence on British culture, language and society.
Liam Peach is originally from Britain. For several years he has been working as a writer, editor and speaker for Bridge Publishing House and National Geographic Learning. His teacher-training workshops focus on life in English-speaking countries and introducing modern teaching methods into everyday lessons.
