Every culture has its icons that somehow represent the country. Some are so established that they are clichés, like Má vlast and The Good Soldier Švejk for Czechia or William Shakespeare and red double-decker buses for the UK. This year, we’re going to explore English-speaking countries through icons that are equally representative but perhaps a bit less familiar.
